Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Leanne

I founded Achieve after seeing teams frustrated by technology that was supposed to make work easier but instead created more complexity. My work is grounded in years of hands-on experience inside complex technology environments: configuring systems, supporting users, troubleshooting adoption issues, and living with the consequences of design decisions long after implementation.


Instead of abstract frameworks or theoretical operating models, I focus on what will work inside your systems, with your data, and for your people. The result is technology that supports real workflows, teams that are enabled (not overwhelmed), and progress that doesn't rely on ongoing consultant dependency.


Now in the age of AI, this practical mindset matters even more. Instead of abstract roadmaps or pilot projects that never scale, I help define where AI can realistically improve a specific workflow, what data and governance are required, and how success will be measured. From there, we implement incrementally, one use case at a time, so value is proven and momentum builds naturally.

My Story

For over 5 years, I was the systems administrator at two of Canada's largest staffing companies. I was responsible for making Bullhorn and 20+ connected tools work for hundreds of users every day. When something broke at 8 AM, my phone rang. When a new system needed to roll out, I made it happen.


That experience taught me things you can't learn from vendor training: why users create workarounds, what makes adoption stick, and the difference between a system that demos well and one that survives reality.


I founded Achieve because most technology consultants come from vendor or IT backgrounds. They know software, but not what it's like to be responsible for making systems work in real operations. I bring a different perspective: someone who's been the admin, the trainer, and the support line.
